Jimmy Johnson is Our Driver of the year ...... once again !!!!! there was no doubt in the decision He is not your writer's personal favorite however no one can overlook what he has accomplished

Your writer believes  Johnson is the Greatest Stock Car driver ever and before he hangs up his Helmet and driving gloves Jimmy Johnson will have every record in the Sprint Cup Series the man is just incredible and a sixth straight Sprint Cup Series championship to me is more to happen than not

Johnson has made the All Star team every year since 2001 and is the only driver to have done so and Jimmy  has been named Driver of the year four years running his five consecutive championships in a row is a feat that will not be surpassed in our lifetime

  Dario Franchitti is open wheel driver of the year for the second consecutive year beating out Will Power. Dario won his 2nd Indy Racing league title in a row for 2010 Will Power, J.K. Vernay,Scott Dixon and Helio Castroneves was also named to the team

Web site friend and Fan Bryan Clausen is our choice for short track (dirt track) National Driver of the year. Bryan won the USAC National Midget Championship finished 4th in National Silver Crown Series Championship  and a 3rd place finish in the National Sprint Car Series Championship he was also named National Midget Driver of the year

Ashley Owens dominated the American Drag Racing league winning 8 of 10 events in the Pro Extreme Motorcycle Divison. Larry Dixon, John Force ,Bobby Lagana JR and Joshua Hernandez also made the team

Simon Pagenaud beat out 2008 driver of the year David Brabham and 2007 winner Jim Daniels to be the 2010 road racing driver of the year Tony Ave and Memo Rojas also made all star honors
